Tasks:

  • Communicate on regular basis internally and externally to ensure projects run according to schedule
  • Liaise with engineering, production, procurement and customer to create project schedule
  • Report on regular basis status of projects
  • Main point of contact with customer after project is handed over from sales
  • Ensure projects are running as efficient as possible
  • Updates for weekly schedule
  • Strong analysis, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prepare and manage Project Plan, scope, statement, schedule, budget, quality plan, risks and issues
  • Track project performance to ensure goals are being met
  • Identify and facilitate communications with stakeholder groups
  • Utilize formal project change process and communicate changes with all stakeholders
  • Conduct periodic stakeholder analysis sessions to synchronize expectations and facilitate lessons learned
  • Develop transition plan(s) and execute those plans to ensure orderly transition to operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for migration and implementation projects

Technology skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and use the information to make recommendations
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects
  • Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy and a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and using various software packages
  • Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Assuring, all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors in - electronic, technology, engineering or computer science
  • PMP certification or minimum 3 years of managing complex projects
