Tasks:

  • Ability to work in multiple systems concurrently while providing support services
  • Perform root cause analysis within a ticketing system and incident response forms
  • Provide technical support to customers on onlne, chat, email and social platforms
  • Participate in 24x7 on call rotation with team members
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Remain highly organized and detail oriented
  • Maintain a sense of urgency when completing tasks
  • Work closely with clients to provide 1 – 1 personalized software support
  • Trouble-shooting and problem resolution
  • Assist clients with software installation and updates
  • Documenting issues and solutions and build knowledge base to prevent recurrences
  • Provides feedback on problematic trends and patterns to development team
  • Developing training documents, short videos on how to do for our customers

Technology skills:

  • Proficient computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Ticket Systems, Web Applications)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Windows Server, IIS and PHP 7
  • Relational Database Knowledge, including Oracle, MSSQL and MongoDB
  • Willingness to adapt and evolve to technology changes
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors in - electronic, technology, engineering or computer science
  • 6 months to 1 year application or customer or technical support experience
