Tasks:

  • Complete, check, and process HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines
  • Accurately maintain records on sick leave, vacation, and other absences
  • Perform other routine administrative activities according to the organization's established procedures
  • Responsible for the processing monthly payroll on a timely basis. (Utilizing an Outside Payroll Processor)
  • Oversee the recruiting, hiring practices, and policies necessary to recruit and hire workforce
  • Conduct investigations when an employee complaint is brought fourth
  • Conduct investigations when an employee raises a concern regarding a colleague or supervisor
  • Monitor and advise manager/supervisors in the disciplinary actions of the company
  • Monitor the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees
  • Review and provide guidance, and approve all management recommendations for employment terminations
  • Revise and Update Employee Handbook
  • Manage weekly timesheet and time tracking hours and documentation
  • Review resumes; conduct in-depth interviews; perform reference/background checks and exit interviews
  • Oversee the new hire and orientation process
  • Coordinate college campus and community recruiting activities
  • Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding initiatives
  • Responsible for HR KPI#s and other performance indicators
  • Support performance management, and merit programs
  • Consult management on employee relations issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and adhering to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to create a positive employee experience so that people want to join and stay with the organisation
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office/Excel/Outlook

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors in - electronic, technology, engineering or computer science
  • 1 year accounting or HR management experience
